DESCRIPTION
This Clinic will provide an overview of Recent Ethics Opinions Issued by the ABA Center for Professional Responsibility between 2019 and 2021 and their correlation to Nebraska Rules of Professional Conduct.

SPEAKER INFORMATION
Professor Kristen Blankley teaches and researches in the areas of alternative dispute resolution, particularly mediation and arbitration issues. She joined the faculty of the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2010 and is currently the Henry M. Grether, Jr. Professor of Law. Professor Blankley is interested in the intersection of ADR and ethics, both ADR ethics and legal ethics. She has written on topics including collaborative law, mediation, family mediation, arbitration, and access to justice.

All CLE clinics, including dinner, are included as part of your LBA membership.
The Lincoln Bar Association (LBA) will not be reporting your attendance to the Nebraska MCLE Commission / Nebraska Supreme Court Attorney Services Division unless you are current LBA member or pay your membership dues within fifteen (15) days after the Clinic.
