The Clinic will be a roundtable discussion on trial skills, including trial strategies and tips. Presenters will include Korey Reiman, Jessica Kerkhofs, Jason Ausman and Steve Schmidt.

The Lincoln Bar Association (LBA) will be hosting two sessions of this Clinic:

Live (in-person) from 12:00pm to 1:00pm
Live (in-person) and live stream (via Zoom) from 5:30pm to 6:30pm

You cannot get two CLE credits for attending both the early and later sessions.

Here are the menus for the lunch and evening sessions of this Clinic:

Lunch: Assorted sandwiches/wraps, Pasta Salad, Fresh Fruit, Chips, Dessert
Evening Session: Chicken Chardonnay, Daphinoise Potatoes, Haricot Verts with Roasted Onion, Raspberry Panna Cotta

You have the option of gluten free for the lunch session or a vegetarian option for the dinner session. If you need a gluten free lunch, please contact Abby Osborn at abby@shiffermillerlaw.com.

EVENING SCHEDULE

Cash Bar Opens: 5:00 pm
Clinic: 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Social Hour/ Dinner: 6:30 pm (or immediately following Clinic)

All CLE clinics, including dinner, are included in your dues.

The Lincoln Bar Association (LBA) will not be reporting your attendance to the Nebraska MCLE Commission / Nebraska Supreme Court Attorney Services Division unless you are current LBA member or pay your membership dues within fifteen (15) days after the Clinic. You are still required to report your attendance with the Commission, which you can do so by clicking on this link: https://mcle.wcc.ne.gov/ext/.
