The Lincoln Bar Association’s fiscal year begins in July. Our annual kick-off event is Field Day, scheduled each October on Columbus Day. From November through March, the LBA hosts monthly clinics. The year’s activities conclude in April when the LBA holds its Annual Meeting. Clinic topics vary from ethics to specific practice areas. Clinic presentation materials, when and if available, are accessible viewing the information about the Event/Clinic on the Calendar.While the LBA will report everyone who attends a clinic to the Commission on Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), attorneys are required to report their actual attendance individually on the Nebraska Supreme Court Attorney Services Division website.
