Annual Business Meeting 2017

The Lincoln Bar Association’s Annual Business Meeting 2017 will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at The Cornhusker Marriott’s Arbor 1 & 2 Rooms, 333 S. 13th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska.  Please note we are changing rooms for this one meeting only.

The Meeting will be called to order at 5:30 p.m..  

We will conduct our Annual Meeting business while we are having a sit-down meal.

Toni Wilson: 2017-2019 (currently serving; extension to fulfill remaining term of Jesse Krause)

Yohance Christie: 2017-2020

Rick Tast: 2017-2020

Linsey Camplin: 2017-2019 (to fulfill remaining term of Kelsey Helget)

COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROJECT

Bring used professional and business casual clothing to be donated to Educare of Lincoln, LLC.  Educare of Lincoln is a research-based early childhood program that offers services to children and families from birth to five years of age.  There are 153 children and their families that are served by Educare.

DINNER AND ENTERTAINMENT

Cash bar opens at 5:00 p.m. with free beer until the keg is gone.

Dinner is your choice of Petite Filet or Grilled Chicken with Red Pepper Chimichurri, with Poached Pear Salad with Balsamic Dressing and dinner rolls.  For dessert there will be carrot cake.

Following our meal, “Geeks Who Drink” will host our trivia contest, which will start at 6:00 p.m..
