You can only receive one (1) Ethic/Professional Responsibility credit for this Clinic regardless if you view it live and via Zoom. “Distance Learning” is watching the Clinic while it is occurring. “On Demand” is watching it after the Clinic.

This year the Lincoln Bar Association is using a new time format for clinics, which is, combining dinner with the CLE presentation. The goal being to allow for a shorter meeting. Here is the new schedule:
5:00 pm: Cocktails & Dinner Buffet
5:30 pm – 6:30 pm: Clinic Presentation
6:30 pm (or immediately following Clinic): Social Hour

All CLE clinics, including dinner, are included as part of your LBA membership.
The Lincoln Bar Association (LBA) will not be reporting your attendance to the Nebraska MCLE Commission / Nebraska Supreme Court Attorney Services Division unless you are current LBA member or pay your membership dues within fifteen (15) days after the Clinic.
You are still required to report your attendance with the Commission, which you can do so by clicking on this link: https://mcle.wcc.ne.gov/ext/.
