Checks for Field Day should be payable to HiMark Golf Course in the amount of $55.00 per player. Pay on the date of the event.

Even if you choose not to golf, please join us for the social hour and dinner! There is no charge if just attending dinner as it is included in your dues.

Registration deadline is October 8, 2015.
